How does the return or an exchange work or how do I behave in a warranty case?

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or if an item does not suit you, you can of course return it to the above delivery address within 14 days. If you want to exchange an item, you can send it back and simply order a new one. Of course, we are also happy to help in the context of guarantee or warranty cases. Please note that we can only take back unused items in the original packaging. Be careful not to remove labels or soil items. The goods must not show any signs of use.

Please do not send the product back to us freight collect or uninsured! The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please have a return receipt issued and keep it safe so that you can prove your return in the event of loss.

Since September 2022 we no longer enclose a return or delivery note with our orders (for the sake of the environment). In the case of a return or return, you can use the form provided here. If you don't have a printer at home, you can also write one by hand and use the form as a guide.

If your product has defects or errors, we would appreciate a note describing them as precisely as possible.

After your return arrives at our logistics center, your return will be processed accordingly.

Please note that this process can take up to two weeks. In the case of refunds of orders with payment in advance, the amount will be credited to your checking account. When ordering via PayPal, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. For orders with the payment methods direct debit and credit card, we transfer the payment via PayPal to the account you are using. The duration of the repayment is up to 16 days and cannot be influenced by us. If you have any problems, please contact PayPal directly.

Warranty and Guarantee Information

The warranty period is 24 months for the purchased products and begins when the goods are handed over. Damage caused by natural wear and tear or improper use is excluded from the warranty.

No guarantees are given with regard to the delivered goods or services beyond the statutory warranty provisions, unless a guarantee is expressly granted in writing.

Your right of withdrawal according to our terms and conditions expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
